The Las Cruces Convention & Visitors Bureau is a total support facility offering a variety of services to assist you in the planning of your program free of charge. It is our goal to help ensure the success of your event. Our team of professionals is dedicated to making each convention, meeting, or visit, a pleasurable one. Listed are just a few of the services that the CVB is fully prepared to assist you with:
Venue Selection
With nearly 3,000 hotel rooms and over 128,000 square feet of meeting space, Las Cruces offers venues with prices and amenities to fit any budget. Provide us with your meeting specifications and we will obtain proposals for you and compile in a formal bid book.
Bid Process
Our bureau staff can assist in bid presentations to your board of directors, site committee or general membership.
Site Inspections
Let us schedule and accompany you on site inspections of area attractions, restaurants, shops and prospective venues, where you will receive a first-hand taste of our Southwestern hospitality.
Off-Site Activities
Need assistance with activities, tours, and off-site venues for your delegates? Our experts will find the right location for your event plus do all the legwork for you! Choose from a list of predesigned tours or we will work with you to create a customized event.
Media Assistance & Attendance Building
Our media department can assist you with getting the word out about your meeting to the local community with press releases and email blasts to target markets. We can also customize e-postcards to send to your registered and potential attendees to build excitement for your event.
Visitor Information & Promotional Materials
The bureau can provide your attendees with maps, visitor guides and other helpful brochures to make their stay in Las Cruces as easy and fun as possible. We can also create custom maps of restaurants, hotels, and attractions.
